REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – HOSPITALITY & PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT (APEC)
Location: Singapore

Job Description
  • Develop and execute the strategic sales plan to grow business and clientele in the hospitality and property development industry.
  • Collaborate with management, marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential clientele, including but not limited to international hotel chains, property developers, hospitality and property service providers.
  • Manage and strengthen the relationship with existing clientele to ensure customer satisfactions and enhance long-term partnership.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and promote technology solutions tailored for hospitality and property development industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales target and business plan, ensuring revenue growth in the assign countries / regions.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events to increase and strengthen regional visibility and presence.
Requirements
  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or account management within the consulting, property development or hospitality sector, with proven track record.
  • Regional exposure with strong network of contact in the hospitality and property development industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with the commercial and technical aspects of Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese Language, both spoken and written. Command of extra language(s), both spoken and written, will be advantageous.
  • Independent, highly self-motivated, result driven, good team player and compel to success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, rapport and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness and capacity to travel extensively throughout the region.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE – APEC
Location: Malaysia

Job Description
  • Manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal process for all the company’s bids.
  • Take full responsibility of tendering process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Analise RFPs’ requirements, formulate compliance matrices and develop proposals with Client needs.
  • Collaborate with management, sales and technical teams to create winning proposals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contract evaluations to ensure profitability and feasibility.
  • Ensure proposals comply the general, commercial, technical and legal requirements.
  • Analysis the winning / failure factors of the proposals; continuously improve the proposal processes.
  • Manage and keep track the status of all the proposal submissions.
Requirements
  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or Law. Preferably specialised in Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, ELV, or Bulidng Services.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years in contract management experience in the consulting or engineering sectors, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Command extensive knowledge and understanding of bid management, proposal formulation and contract evaluation.
  • Knowledge and experience with the commercial and technical aspects of Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, will be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with commercial / construction contracts.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese Language, both spoken and written. Command of extra language(s), both spoken and written, will be advantageous.
  • Highly organised and detailed oriented.
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
