Manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal process for all the company’s bids.
Take full responsibility of tendering process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
Analise RFPs’ requirements, formulate compliance matrices and develop proposals with Client needs.
Collaborate with management, sales and technical teams to create winning proposals.
Conduct risk assessments and contract evaluations to ensure profitability and feasibility.
Ensure proposals comply the general, commercial, technical and legal requirements.
Analysis the winning / failure factors of the proposals; continuously improve the proposal processes.
Manage and keep track the status of all the proposal submissions.
Requirements
